Cosa tiene Bloome Pro
- Il tuo numero di telefono e il tuo nome, come li ha scritti il salone in cui lavori.
- L'agenda del salone che ti riguarda: appuntamenti, nomi delle clienti, servizi, note e schede tecniche. Mai i numeri di telefono o le email delle clienti.
- Un identificativo del telefono per le notifiche (token APNs) e la lingua del telefono.
Dove sta
I dati del salone stanno nel database del salone (Supabase, Unione Europea). Bloome tiene solo un elenco di hash dei numeri per sapere a quale salone chiedere, e i token per le notifiche. Il numero in chiaro non è mai in questo elenco.
Per quanto
Finché il salone usa Bloome, più 90 giorni dopo la fine del contratto; poi i dati si cancellano, dopo aver dato al salone una copia esportata. L'uscita dall'app cancella subito tutto ciò che sta sul telefono.
Due registri tengono anche l'indirizzo IP di chi chiama, e solo per il tempo che serve: il conteggio delle richieste, che impedisce a un solo telefono di chiedere mille codici, per 24 ore; e il registro degli ingressi con il numero dimostrativo dell'App Store, per 90 giorni. Poi si cancellano da soli.

Per vedere, correggere o cancellare i tuoi dati: hello@bloome.digital. Il titolare del trattamento per i dati del salone è il salone stesso; Bloome è responsabile del trattamento per suo conto.

What Bloome Pro keeps
- Your phone number and your name, as written by the salon you work for.
- The part of the salon's agenda that concerns you: appointments, client names, services, notes and treatment sheets. Never clients' phone numbers or emails.
- A device identifier for notifications (APNs token) and the phone's language.
Where it lives
Salon data lives in the salon's own database (Supabase, European Union). Bloome keeps only a list of hashes of phone numbers, to know which salon to ask, and notification tokens. The plain number is never in that list.
For how long
As long as the salon uses Bloome, plus 90 days after the contract ends; then the data is deleted, after the salon receives an export. Signing out deletes everything on the phone immediately.
Two logs also keep the caller's IP address, and only for as long as it is needed: the request counter, which stops a single phone from asking for a thousand codes, for 24 hours; and the log of sign-ins with the App Store demo number, for 90 days. Both are then deleted automatically.
